We are required by law to keep a register of members of the Society. This includes full names and addresses and the date of becoming a member and ceasing to be a member.

Use of the Information
We use this information to run the Society in accordance with the Rules of the Society and with regulatory laws. In particular, it will be used to notify you of Annual General Meetings.
The information may also be used to notify you of special events or other items of possible interest directly related to the Society and the shop. If you do not want to receive these notifications, please inform the Secretary.
The information will not be shared with any other organisations except as required by law.
Accuracy of Information
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by contacting the Secretary. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly.
Security of Information
The information is held on a password-protected computer in a secure environment at the registered office. A paper copy is held by the Committee Secretary.
While we make all reasonable attempts to secure your personal information, we will not be held responsible for any involuntary breach of our security, or any actions by third parties resulting there from, such as, but not limited to, computer or internet hacking, equipment malfunction or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
